Chris Eggleston

Chris began building his criminal defense foundation during law school, where he interned with the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Northern District of Texas. That experience put him in direct contact with federal criminal cases and the procedural demands of defending people facing serious charges. He also interned with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Northwest Texas Legal Aid, where he worked with clients who had limited access to legal resources.

After graduating, he practiced at a criminal defense firm in Tarrant County before joining Dallas DWI Lawyers. His day-to-day work now focuses on reviewing DWI case evidence, including traffic stop procedures, chemical test results, officer reports, and warrant documentation. His analytical background in environmental science carries over into how he approaches case research and evidence review.
